Lilit Arayan joined magixstrata as support member to the Strata Community Manager. Lilit comes from a customer service focussed background and will be assisting the Strata Management team in all areas of management and administrative tasks such as preparing budgets, meeting agendas and meetings, etc, as well as the processing of levy contribution notices, issuing levy arrears notices monthly, updating and keep up to date owner contact and address details. Lilit is further continuously assisting the Strata Manager in obtaining quotes for general repairs, issuing work orders, arranging regular gutter cleaning to all complexes as well as termite inspection, issuing newsletters and notices to owners, residents, and agents. With her excellent communication skills and customer service, Lilit is a much-valued team member.
