Who we are

magixstrata is a professional Strata Management company, having successfully operated in Western Australia for over ten years. We are a member of Strata Community Australia (WA), the professional association for Strata Managers in Australia. Marietta Metzger, the Principal of magixstrata, is a SCA (WA) Certified Strata Community Manager (CSCM) and can boast to be only one of a few with this qualification. Marietta serves currently as the vice-president of SCA(WA) and the winner of the prestigious 2017 SCA President Award.

What we do

magixstrata offer comprehensive Strata Management services. We manage strata titled communities and are appointed by owners to look after the legal requirements of a community. This includes managing financials, keeping insurance up-to-date, looking after repairs and maintenance, collecting levies, conducting meetings and general administrative duties.
