Assistant Strata Manager

Lilit Arayan has become an essential member of the magixstrata team, steadily growing into her role as a Strata Community Manager. Initially joining as support to the Strata Community Manager, Lilit brought a strong background in customer service and quickly proved her dedication and capability within the strata management field.
As her role has evolved, Lilit now manages her own portfolio of properties, taking ownership of day-to-day operations and client relationships. Her responsibilities include preparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutes, processing levy contribution notices, issuing arrears notices, and ensuring owner records are kept accurate and current.
She also oversees the coordination of maintenance and repairs—obtaining quotes, issuing work orders, and arranging ongoing services such as gutter cleaning and termite inspections. Lilit is a key point of contact for owners, residents, and agents, regularly issuing newsletters and updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
With her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to service, Lilit continues to be a highly valued and trusted part of the magixstrata team.
