Dyani has been practicing in the Strata industry for over 20 years and is also a SCA (WA) Fellow Strata Community Manager FSCM. Dyani has managed several iconic establishments in Perth Central including Fairlanes Perth and International House to name a few. Dyani has been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 1993 – gaining vast experience in Strata Company Management, Facilities Management, Centre Management, Property Management and Sales and Leasing. Specialising in Strata Management since 2000, Dyani has an in-depth understanding of WA Strata Legislation as well as intimate knowledge of the management needs of mixed use and high-rise complexes.
