We’re proud to announce that magixstrata has achieved Strata Management Practice Standard (SMPS) certification through the Strata Community Association (SCA).

The Strata Management Practice Standard (SMPS) is an industry benchmark that defines what good strata management looks like in practice. It covers governance, financial management, communication, risk management and ethical behaviour for strata managers.

At magixstrata, we use the SMPS to guide the way we work with owners, councils of owners and contractors. As a result, meetings are properly documented, funds are managed responsibly and decisions are made in the best interests of each strata community.
