With over two decades of experience in property and strata management, Marietta Metzger is the Principal and founder of magixstrata. The firm is a boutique strata management company based in Perth, Western Australia. She established the company in 2003 as a sole proprietorship. In 2005, she incorporated the business as Metzgers Magic Mountain Pty Ltd.
Marietta’s commitment to excellence shows in her extensive qualifications. She has completed:
• Diplomas in Personal Assistance and Business Management obtained overseas
• Specialist Diploma in Property and Strata Company Management
• Certificate in Strata Management
• Certificate in Risk Management for Strata Managers (REIWA)
• Certificate for the FSRA Module 1 Training and Assessment
• Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations)
• Certificate IV in Strata Community Management
Her professional accreditations with the Strata Community Association (WA) [SCA (WA)] include:
• Accredited Strata Community Manager (ASCM) since 2005
• Certified Strata Community Manager (CSCM) from 2007 to 2020
• Fellow Strata Community Manager (FSCM) – Level 3 Accreditation since 2021
• Honorary Fellow Strata Community Manager (HFSCM) – since 2025
Over the years, Marietta has become a prominent figure in the strata community. She served as a Board Member of SCA (WA) for 12 years. She also served as a Director of Strata Community Association Ltd from 2018 to 2020.
In addition, she has contributed significantly to industry standards and professional development by:
• Convening the SCA (WA) Best Practice Committee for seven years
• Serving as a member and convenor of the SCA (WA) Professional Development Committee for more than a decade
• Chairing the SCA Professional Standards and Membership Advisory Group from August 2016 to February 2020
Furthermore, under her leadership, magixstrata has managed a diverse portfolio of strata schemes. These range from small residential complexes to large mixed-use developments. As a result, the team brings practical experience to schemes of many different sizes and complexities.
