magixtsrata is a professional strata management business operating in Western Australia. We manage strata schemes on behalf of owners and residents and are a member of the Strata Community Association WA. While not legally bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) due to our size, we voluntarily comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) to maintain a high standard of data privacy and transparency.
